Light But Loaded Tots

  1. Bake the tater tots per package instructions. 
  2. Place black beans, corn, and bell pepper in a bowl, then toss with olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt. 
  3. Once tater tots are finished baking, sprinkle cheese over top and place back in oven for about two minutes or until cheese is fully melted. 
  4. As tots cool, sprinkle black bean-corn mixture over top, then drizzle on salsa. 
  5. Add avocado and serve!
